1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Account means a unique account
created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Service refers to the Minecraft server, website, and any
associated platforms operated by Nexa PvP.
Content refers to all game content, text, graphics, assets, features, and community interactions.
User refers to the person accessing or using the Service.
2. Use of the Service
By using Nexa PvP, you agree to:
Comply with Minecraft’s EULA (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/eula)
Not use hacks, cheats, bots, or exploits
Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the server or database
Not impersonate staff or other players
Violation of these rules may result in suspension, bans, or legal action.
3. Purchases and Donations
Purchasing in-game ranks, items, or other perks is voluntary and non-refundable, except as required by law.
By purchasing from our store, you confirm that:
You are the authorized account holder for the payment method used.
You understand that digital items do not guarantee gameplay advantages that violate Minecraft’s EULA.
Nexa PvP reserves the right to modify or remove purchasable content at any time.
If you are under 18, you must have parental permission before making any purchase.
4. Server Availability
We strive to maintain 24/7 uptime, but:
The server may go offline for maintenance or unexpected outages.
We are not liable for losses, ranks, or items lost due to server downtime.
We may shut down the server permanently at any time, without obligation to provide refunds.
5. User Content
You are responsible for any content (chat, signs, builds) you create or upload. By posting content, you grant Nexa PvP the right to display, modify, and use it in connection with the Service.
We may remove or moderate content that violates our rules or is otherwise harmful.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Ban, suspend, or mute players at our discretion.
Revoke access to services, ranks, or privileges with or without notice.
Take legal action if you cause harm to the service, staff, or other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexa PvP and its staff shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss, in-game item loss, or account termination
Service interruptions, bugs, or unauthorized access
Use the Service at your own risk.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be notified by an update on our website or server announcement.
Your continued use of the Service means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
